Usage & Applications
- It is used as vibration isolator for pump, air blows, air conditioning machine
- It is used as vibration isolator for other equipment requiring little horizontal reactions
It is open type spring mount and commonly used with additional loads. It is easy to install and spring deflection could be visually checked with ease after installed. Spring is between upper and lower cap without any other guides. For the lower cap, anchor hole is a body with base plate and steel plate installed inside of the cap. Control bolt is on the upper housing of the mount which is composed of control bolt, cap screw and washer. For stability, outside diameter of the spring is designed as D8≥0.0H8(D8=outside diameter, H8=load height of spring), related to the spring height of appropriate load. It is easy to find as encoded and painted by application load.
